There has been a big resurgence in items that are lovingly handmade and as a result of this there is a beautiful quality to each item that cannot ever be replicated. I love the scratches and unique shapes in ceramics, the dye marks in hand dyed fabrics and crumples in delicate paper.

 

This is a celebration of each unique and organic quality to all things created with our hands, bringing a tactile element to the way the shoot was styled. We shot amongst ruins in the English countryside which told their own story, with their own beautiful markings and mystery.

 

Florals were soft, organic, fearless and bold, a reflection of the women we intended to portray.
