A MODERN FAIRY TALE: HISTORIC ROYAL PALACES
Last month we were cordially invited to attend the HRP Wedding Showcase at Hampton Court Palace, with the most beautiful invitation designed by The Grosvenor Stationery Company.
Of course we dressed up for the occasion! Jessie wore a black sequin penicl skirt with sheer polka dot black sweater, and Georgia wore a black two piece suit with lace fringing. It was a wintery night, and as we arrived there were members of the public whizzing around the ice rink wrapped up in thick scarves and wooly hats!
As we made our way inside, we were greeted by delightful staff who led us happily past stunning ceremony set ups and bridal gowns, towards where delicious cocktails and canapés were being served by elite London catering company Rhubarb.
Having bumped into and caught up with lots of amazing industry friends and colleagues - from other planners and florists, to catering companies and bloggers - dinner was announced. We were led into the most incredible space with two long elegant tables designed and styled with lots of foliage.
After being treated to a delicious dinner with fine wine, and the most wonderful entertainment from above, we were asked to move onto our next surprise... a hidden after party with incredible sweet treat stations!
What an evening! We feel so lucky to have been invited to such a special occasion and SO excited for all of the weddings to come in 2018 at the Historic Royal Palaces in London. Truly... fairy tale venues for the princess bride.
