AN AMERICAN WEDDING IN THE COTSWOLDS: A FOUR DAY ENGLISH AUTUMNAL CELEBRATION

In October 2019 we celebrated the union of this beautiful couple who had flown all their guests over from the USA and around the world to the stunning English countryside of The Cotswolds. As part of a four day celebration, guests arrived to a welcome cocktail and canapé party at eccentric Oxfordshire venue Aynhoe Park, before the immediate family gathered for a special dinner in a private room at award winning The Wild Rabbit in Kingham.

The next day guests were treated to a delicious breakfast before organised day trips to local sight seeing spots and shopping locations (plus a few spa treatments!). We then arranged for everybody to be transported to the most gorgeous intimate venue Tythe Barn in Launton which our team has transformed into a magical candlelit dining space for the rehearsal dinner. The menu was full of local and seasonal dishes and ingredients.

On day three the Studio Sorores design, production and floristry team set to work transforming the orangery at Aynhoe Park into an ethereal wedding ceremony location, adorning all hallways and spaces with huge organic installations, and creating the most spectacular setting for a black tie dinner party lit magically in the evening with yet another knock out menu from Absolute Taste.

Due to the light in England in October, and a strict adherence to tradition with formal timings for a black tie event, we had to be clever with film photography locations with the wonderful Taylor & Porter.
