BRUNCH & BRAAI PARTY IN THE COTSWOLDS WITH SPOOK CATERING

I absolutely love planning Sunday session parties for private clients - either as a stand alone event or as part of a weekend of celebrations for destinations, they are less formal and require a completely different style and design. The food and drink is the most important element, so I was excited to dream up an amazing menu with our friends at Spook Catering in London.

We planned for an outdoor event with indoor cover in a stretch tent in the grounds of a manor house in The Cotswolds, with biltong bloody marys, plenty of provencal rose and traditional South African braai dishes on an open fire.
