FROM ROME TO CHIANTI: ITALIAN WEDDING VENUES BY CHAPTER HOTELS
In April last year we helped plan and fully designed a destination wedding in Rome, Italy for guests travelling all over the world. As part of the project we were introduced to Chapter Roma, where our team of event co-ordinators would be based for the week.
The hotel in Rome is original, modern and youthful - very much the embodiment of its owner Marco Cilia and their amazing management team. Truly they have captured the laid back luxe, interior design led, informal yet high end and upbeat mood expected of cool new venues on the scene in Europe.
So you can imagine our absolute delight when we met with them again at an international destination wedding event in Sardinia last month, and they showed us the top secret plans for their latest addition to the brand - a resort in Chianti with over 70 rooms and private villas. We can tell you that the same visionary design has been applied to the latest property expansion, but moving from vibrant city location to a rural idyllic one. Accessible luxury at it's finest as they breathe new life into a 14th Century Tuscan medieval hamlet, which will be surrounded by gardens, woods, and water features, what we've seen in the preview is very exciting indeed.
Opening in Spring 2025, urban cool officially comes to the countryside with Chapter Chianti and boy are we ready to share the beauty of this fresh cool new wedding and event space when it does!
