This year marks the beginning of a truly exciting chapter for us at Studio Sorores, as we announce an exclusive collaboration with the much-loved Thyme hotel in the Cotswolds. Together, we will be opening the gates to a handful of larger, high-end weddings hosted at this extraordinary destination - a first in Thyme’s history.

Known for its world-class food, deep-rooted sustainability, and innate sense of place, Thyme has long been a haven for intimate gatherings and private escapes.

What makes this collaboration so meaningful is the way that Studio Sorores and Thyme share the same values. Studio Sorores itself is deeply connected to the Cotswolds. Founded and based here, and led by Jessie Westwood — who was born and raised in the region — the event planning and design studio’s work is inspired by the landscapes, traditions, and craft that make this part of England so distinctive. Just as importantly, Thyme is a place shaped by family. Under the stewardship of the Hibbert family, it has grown with care and vision, every detail guided by a hands-on approach that honours the estate’s history and ensures its legacy for the future.

Earlier this year, we had the privilege of designing and delivering the very first marquee wedding on the estate - a celebration that embraced Thyme’s beauty while introducing a new scale of creativity and spectacle. It was a landmark moment that revealed what is possible when Studio Sorores founder Jessie Westwood's vision for considered, luxurious events meets Thyme’s ethos of timeless elegance.

Through this exclusive partnership, we will be offering only a select number of marquee weddings each year. Each one will be carefully curated to feel deeply personal, while showcasing the best of Thyme - from the surrounding wildflower meadows to the estate’s exquisite seasonal produce, from the charm of its heritage buildings to the warmth of its hospitality.

For us, this collaboration is about honouring what makes Thyme so special, while creating space for extraordinary celebrations that belong entirely to the couples who choose to host a wedding here. It is about weaving together landscape, food, design and memory into a celebration that is as unforgettable as it is grounded in place.
